I booked a private yoga class with Laura to find more flexibility in my body, after sitting in the office the entire day. I for sure will do it again. She has a super energetic and in the same time peaceful way of guiding you though the classes. She did focused a lot on the alignment of my body. Lauras class, to my suprise, really made me feel completely calm and relaxed afterwards. She challenged me more than I expected in the beginning and guided me to my limits without going to far. I can highly recommend to book a session with her, it is definitely worth the experience.

I just wanted to give a quick feedback on my 1x 1 yoga session I had with laura. It was such a great experience. I didn’t expect that “just” streching can release those kind of emotions and sensations. It was incredible to let go of some deep topics, traumas, emotions which are stored deep in our tissues and our body. Laura is such a beautiful, lovely person who gives you the permission to let go of whatever doesn’t serve you. She creates this beautiful space, where you feel save, feel loved. I can really recommend you to join one of those session, if you feel the call for not just physical release but also, if you want to grow spiritually, emotionally, mentally.

I had the pleasure to meet Laura in New Zealand. We stayed in a hostel together and shortly she became a great friend and a really good consultant for my life problems. My favorite was the yoga sessions with Laura. She can give you all this positive energy that she puts in her work and she has a really heart-warming passion. I can highly recommend her and I am really happy, that our lifeways crossed.

Laura creates a calm and soothing space. She listens to you with a compassionate and warming heart. Her guidance, advices and tools are very constructive. A few months ago I decided I needed a change. I met Laura through a friend and after we had our first call somehow I Instantly felt a connection with her and it came all so naturally. Over the last few weeks she thought me so much. She helped me to dive deeper in my stuff I was triggered by and to see it in a completely different perspective. Every time after our session I felt relieved and more lighter.. I was able to self reflect myself, to realize and understand a lot of things. I completed Laura's three-month coaching Calling of Silence and was really surprised. For several years I had been looking for a way to concretize what drives me and in which direction I would like to go professionally. I felt bad and put a lot of pressure on myself. Through social media, the pressure of our meritocracy intensified on me and I felt paralyzed. I was looking for happiness and fulfillment in a big distant goal, but which was not clearly formulated. Laura helped me to take out the pressure and with appropriate methods we paved my next way together. I am very grateful for her work and can recommend it to anyone who struggles with negative energy, dissatisfaction and lack of self-love.

With Laura I was allowed to participate in two yoga classes. And I would repeat that at any time!!! With her energetic and at the same time agitated way she has led me through the hours. Gave me assistance when I needed it, recognized my limits and motivated me when she noticed I can still do more! Thank you Laura!!!

Laura is such a sweet soul and helped me with just a few words, different perspectives and a lot of empathy to get clarity again after I lost my focus in this current phase of my life. She empowered me to be the best and truest version of myself, to trust and to believe in myself.
